You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange an item, provided it is in perfect condition, with all original packaging and accessories. Proof of purchase is required, though we keep a record of your transactions in our system. To initiate a return, please contact our team by email at support@fillion.ca or by phone at (514) 254-6041. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and we recommend secure packaging to avoid restocking fees. Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or process an exchange, depending on your preference. Refunds are processed within five business days to the original payment method. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If exchanging for a more expensive item, the price difference must be paid. Some items, such as headphones, clearance items, and special orders, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Restocking fees ranging from 15% to 50% may apply if the item is incomplete or not in its original condition. If your returned item was part of a bundle promotion, the value of the promotional item(s) will be deducted from your refund.
