Returns
- As part of our satisfaction-guaranteed policy, you may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of delivery*. All returned items must include all original accessories and original packaging, and must be in new condition - i.e. show no signs of wear or damage - otherwise a restocking fee may apply.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. The complete sales history is recorded in our system, so it is not necessary to provide a hard copy.
How to return your purchase
- Contact our team by e-mail at support@fillion.ca or by phone at (514) 254-6041 to make your return request.
- The item can then be returned to the address indicated. However, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the product is transported under the customer's responsibility. It is also possible to return goods directly to the store.
- Please secure all returns and exchanges in the original manufacturer's packaging and box with all accessories and manuals. We recommend that you double-pack your return by securing the manufacturer's box inside another box or packaging designed for shipping - including reusing the packaging in which your order was delivered. A well-packaged and complete return is less likely to incur restocking fees**. Be sure to remove or cover all old shipping labels on the shipping box.
- Once the returned item has been received and inspected, Fillion Électronique will refund the full amount of the original purchase price or send a replacement item, whichever the customer prefers.
Refunds
- Refunds will be made to the original method of payment within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- The difference in price must be paid for any exchange of items for an item of greater value. Conversely, in the case of a product of lesser value, the difference in price must be paid.
- Shipping and handling charges for the exchanged item are at the customer's expense.
* Exceptions
- Items on clearance or customized (special order) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items damaged in transit must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
- List of ineligible products:
- Headphones and earphones
- Special orders
- Bonus products obtained as part of a promotion
** Restocking fees
A restocking fee may result in a partial refund if the merchandise :
- Is not returned in its original condition or in complete packaging
- Has been installed
- Does not include all original accessories, parts, cables or other components.
- Has a serial number missing or different from the one shipped
- Has been damaged in transit due to improper packaging
If the product is returned in a condition substantially different from that in which it was shipped, the return may be subject to a 15% to 50% restocking fee and/or the refund may be refused.
Bonus products, bundled promotional offers, free accessories, loyalty points, gift cards or other products that are not returned but were included in a promotion with the returned product, will be deducted at their full value listed individually from any credit or refund issued.
Policy Modification
- Fillion Électronique reserves the right to modify this return and refund policy at any time.
