General
- Fillion Électronique offers free priority shipping on all orders over $35 before taxes.
- All orders are shipped within 24 to 72 business hours of order confirmation, or according to the posted availability date for products not currently in stock.
- For orders shipped via a carrier, a tracking number is emailed as soon as the order is picked up.
- All orders, including those shipped by carriers, require a signature upon delivery. Packages will not be left unattended, including in a designated area.
- We do not deliver to P.O boxes. Please contact our support team to arrange an alternative.
Shipping rates
- Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. However, we will gladly refund your original shipping and delivery charges if you return an item due to an error on our part or if we have determined that the product is defective upon delivery.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for odd-sized or over-sized products outside the Greater Montreal and Greater Quebec City areas. Such costs are determined by the delivery method and final destination and will be shared before an order is processed.
Delivery times
- Orders are generally delivered within 24 hours of reception of your tracking number. In certain cases, this delay may vary depending on distance from our store - please consult the map below for an estimated delivery time based on location.*
- If the product is not available at the moment of purchase, we will inform you of the expected delivery date as soon as it becomes available.
- Order status can be tracked online or by contacting our team directly at any point in time.
Reporting lost or damaged packages
- If your order is lost, stolen or damaged during shipment, please call us at (514) 254-6041 or write to us at support@fillion.ca. We will take care of the problem as soon as possible.

Confirming your order
- Once you select “Place Order” at the end of the order process, we will confirm your transaction with an order number. A confirmation email will be sent immediately upon finalizing your purchase.
- Please note: the billing address you enter during checkout should match the billing address on the credit/debit card statement used for payment. If these addresses are different, there may be a delay in processing the order - including an incapacity for the transaction to be processed.
Modification or cancellation of an order
- Because we make every effort to process orders quickly, there is only a short period during which you can modify or cancel an order. Please call us at (514) 254-6041 and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been shipped, you may refuse delivery and the order will be returned to Fillion Électronique. Once we’ve received it, a full refund will be issued.
