1 Orders

1.2 Environmental handling fees (EHF)

Since October 2012, environmental handling fees are included in the price of products in Quebec, and are therefore included into the prices you see on the shelves or on the website.

2 Shipping and Delivery

2.1 General information

We do not deliver to any post office box.

We only deliver to the street address corresponding to the credit card address (see 2.4).

If the product is not available, we will inform you of the delivery date as soon as possible.

Additional delivery charges may apply for various products outside the Montreal and Quebec City area.

2.2. Shipping Rates

Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. However, we will be happy to refund your original shipping and delivery charges if you return an item due to an error on our part or if we have determined that the product is defective.

Shipping costs are determined by the method of delivery and final destination. The shipping cost of your order(s) is displayed on the payment page of the order process.

Delivery times.

The time it takes to receive your order depends on the shipping method selected (standard or express), the stock status of the product ordered and the destination of the order.

Report lost or damaged packages.

If your order is lost, stolen or damaged during shipping, please call us at 514-254-6041 or write to us at support@fillion.ca. We will deal with the issue as soon as possible.

2.3 Sales taxes

The Canadian sales taxes that apply to your purchase are determined by federal and provincial laws and regulations.

Fillion Électronique is registered for sales tax purposes in all provinces of Canada and must collect Canadian sales taxes on all purchases sent to the provinces.

For more information on sales tax in your area, please contact your federal and provincial revenue agencies.

2.4. Confirmation of your order

Once you select "Place Order" at the end of the order process, we will confirm your transaction using an order number. We recommend that you print and keep a copy of this page for your records.

Stock orders are normally processed and shipped within one or two business days.

Note: The billing address you entered during order validation should match the billing address on the credit/debit card statement used for payment. If these addresses are different, there may be a delay in processing the order.

2.5. Modification or cancellation of an order

Because we make every effort to process orders quickly, there is only a short period during which you can modify or cancel an order. Please call us at 514-254-6041 and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been shipped, you may refuse delivery and the order will be returned to Fillion Électronique. When we receive it, we will credit the account used for the purchase.

3 Returns and exchange policy

3.1 Returns - non-satisfaction or defects

If you are not satisfied with the product purchased, you have fifteen (15) days after the date of receipt to return it to us.

Products under $1000 (before taxes) are eligible for a refund within fifteen (15) days of receipt. Products must meet the criteria described in paragraphs 3.1 and 3.2. In addition, an RMA request described in paragraph 3.1 must be made.

Products over $1000 (before taxes) are eligible for an exchange for an item of equivalent or higher value within fifteen (15) days following the date of receipt. The products must meet the criteria described in paragraphs 3.1 and 3.2. In addition, an RMA request described in paragraph 3.1 must be made.

All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. In the event of a defect within the warranty period, the policy of the manufacturer of the product concerned will apply. The terms of this policy differ from one manufacturer to another. During the warranty period, we recommend that you retain the boxes for any returns.

If, after purchasing a product online, you return it by carrier due to a defect or error on our part, Fillion Électronique will gladly cover the shipping costs of the returned item. However, if the product is not defective or we have filled the order correctly, the customer will have to assume all shipping costs back. Points 3.1 and 3.2 must be observed.

Some manufacturers may request that certain defective products be returned directly to them for repair.

The product must be in its original condition at the time of purchase and have all packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty card and other items provided by the manufacturer. It must not be damaged or scratched. If items are missing from a returned order, it may be refused or the value of the missing items will be deducted from the total credit amount. Returned items that are opened may be subject to a restocking fee (15% minimum), depending on its general condition.

A return number (RMA) is mandatory before returning any merchandise, otherwise it will be refused. You must provide this information to the following address (support@fillion.ca):

Upon acceptance of the request, Fillion Électronique will send you an RMA number and detailed return instructions within a maximum of 3 days.

All installation, labor and professional configuration costs are non-refundable if the service has already been performed or is being performed.

3.2 Products not eligible for exchange or refund

No exchange or refund will be granted on products in clearance. These products all come with a full manufacturer's warranty, valid from the date of purchase. They include floor models at reduced prices.

Videotron terminals and other consumables cannot be refunded after they have been used, activated or registered. If you experience difficulties with a product, it may be exchanged within fifteen (15) days of purchase, if they meet our exchange criteria.

All headphones and Nespresso machines are considered final sales and can only be exchanged if they are defective, with a product of the same model number only.

3.3. Responsibility

This website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies. It may be incomplete and/or not updated. Please note that this may affect the price and availability of a product and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order placed with incorrect pricing and availability information. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Fillion Électronique is not responsible for warranties or claims made from direct links from this site to a third party site or file.
