Refund terms:
Product returned within 15 days of purchase in its original sealed packaging.
Exchange or credit terms:
Product in perfect condition (undamaged and/or scratched) returned within 15 days of purchase in the original unsealed packaging with complete accessories.
No refund or exchange in the following cases:
- Headphones
- Clearance products
- Special orders (product that we do not carry in our current stock)
Any defective equipment will be exchanged within 30 days of taking possession of the goods.
