The Naim ND5 XS 2 is UPnP compatible to enable streaming of audio files at up to 32-bit / 384kHz resolution from Naim Audio hard disk servers, network storage systems or a personal computer. It supports a wide range of music formats for perfect playback on all file formats, plus four high-resolution digital inputs at up to 24-bit/192kHz for optimum connection to external sources. Its Roon Ready compatibility lets you turn your music collection into a perfectly organized catalog.

Built-in Chromecast functionality lets you stream music from hundreds of supported smartphone and tablet apps. Apple AirPlay also gives you the ability to stream music from your iOS device, or from iTunes and Apple Music. Spotify Connect is also integrated to stream millions of tracks from its library.

The Naim ND5 XS 2 has a front USB port for playing songs stored on MP3 players and USB media. Bluetooth connectivity with aptX HD codec for quality audio playback is also available.

With RC5 system integration, you can control compatible amplifiers connected to your networked player directly from the Naim app on a phone or tablet.
