Thanks to the two optical inputs and the coaxial input, it is possible to convert audio streams coming from a CD player, a network player or an HDTV. The Cambridge Audio AXR100 amplifier also features a Bluetooth 5.0 receiver to easily stream music from any smartphone, tablet, portable audio player or computer.

Versatile Analog Interface

The Cambridge Audio AXR100 hi-fi amplifier also benefits from an extensive analog section. This includes 3 stereo RCA inputs plus a phono input compatible with moving magnet (MM) cartridges. A mini-jack auxiliary input located at the front is also available to easily connect a smartphone, a tablet, an audiophile player or any other mobile device. The Cambridge Audio AXR100 amplifier also has a "Rec Out" (RCA), a 6.35 mm headphone output, but also a USB port (5 V/500 mA). This one allows, for example, to supply an audiophile walkman or a smartphone to recharge its battery when connected to the auxiliary input. Finally, the screw terminals of the Cambridge Audio AX R100 amplifier are compatible with banana plugs and spades.
