Sculpted Aesthetics Crafted for Mobile Sonic Emotion

The architectural design of the Devialet Mania pairs a bold spherical silhouette with premium woven textiles to seamlessly complement any sophisticated environment. Featuring a co-designed integrated carry handle and an IPX4 splash-resistant rating, it is meticulously built to brave external conditions without compromising its luxurious allure. Every external curve conceals a rigid acoustic framework designed to eliminate unwanted resonance and optimize wave dispersion. This represents a perfect manifestation of Devialet's commitment to industrial design that directly serves acoustic purity and transparency.

State-of-the-Art Adaptive Acoustic Architecture

At the center of the Devialet Mania performance is the proprietary Active Stereo Calibration technology, utilizing a four-microphone array to continuously map its surroundings. When placed in the center of a room, the speaker automatically delivers comprehensive 360-degree stereo sound, while positioning it near a wall refocuses the acoustic image into an expansive frontal soundstage. Powered by four full-range drivers and two woofers configured in a push-push configuration, it achieves an impressive frequency response spanning from 30 Hz to 20,000 Hz. This technical implementation yields deeply visceral bass extensions and crystal-clear high-frequency registers.

Modern Connectivity and Intelligent Power Management

Designed for complete operational flexibility, the Devialet Mania provides seamless dual wireless connectivity via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth architectures to ensure uninterrupted playback. While at home, the Wi-Fi pipeline unlocks high-resolution streaming via Spotify Connect or Apple AirPlay 2, whereas Bluetooth takes over effortlessly for outdoor excursions. The onboard high-capacity lithium-ion battery package yields up to 10 hours of playback at standard listening volumes to enrich your extended gatherings. The companion Devialet mobile application simplifies the initial network pairing, equalization preferences, and firmware updates.

Residential Durability and Versatile Portability

The robust structural composition of the Devialet Mania relies on top-tier materials curated to withstand the rigors of frequent transportation. Discreetly integrated physical control buttons allow users to easily manage playback states, wireless pairing, and battery status with tactile feedback. System charging is facilitated by a standardized USB-C interface, ensuring universal compatibility with modern power bricks available on the market today. Every internal transducer environment is meticulously sealed to guarantee stable acoustic parameters over years of continuous deployment.

Common Questions

Why choose this product?

The Devialet Mania is the only portable smart speaker that delivers a true 360-degree adaptive stereo image combined with bass performance that defies its physical footprint. Its patented acoustic architecture ensures ultra-low distortion and a level of clarity typically reserved for premium home audio installations. It represents the perfect investment for transferring the legendary Devialet signature sound into a mobile lifestyle.

What is the expected real-world battery life of the speaker?

The built-in battery pack yields up to 10 hours of continuous playback under nominal listening volume conditions. A complete recharge cycle takes approximately 3 hours using the supplied USB-C charging hardware. Please note that high-volume playback levels or heavy network utilization will naturally decrease total battery endurance.

Is it safe to use the speaker outside during a rain shower?

The speaker features an IPX4 weather-resistance rating, meaning it can withstand water splashes from any angle but cannot be fully submerged in water. It easily handles light rain or bathroom moisture, but it is highly recommended to move it indoors during heavy downpours. Always ensure that the USB-C connection port is completely dry before connecting the charging cable.

How does the speaker automatically adjust its sound when moved?

Utilizing internal accelerometers, the Devialet Mania detects when it has been lifted and repositioned in a new space. The integrated microphone array captures acoustic boundary reflections within 30 seconds to recalculate the optimal digital signal processing matrix. This operation runs seamlessly in the background without interrupting your current audio stream.
