The DLA-NZ800 is also equipped with a high-quality glass lens, enabling high-resolution 8K images to be projected into every corner of the screen. For video gaming, use of the 4K120p input with “Low Latency Mode” further enhances the input delay.

Enhanced brightness without sacrificing longevity
An essential aspect of projectors is their light source. The DLA-NZ series adopts JVC's own BLU-Escent Laser light source to achieve an exceptional peak brightness of 2,700 lumens on the DLA-NZ800, with a rated longevity of 20,000 hours. BLU-Escent Laser can also fine-tune brightness to suit your environment and preferences, thanks to 101 control steps.

Even greater contrast than before
The new DLA-NZ projectors boast the highest native contrast in the industry, thanks to D-ILA 4K Gen3 and a metal-grid optical engine. D-ILA, in combination with dynamic laser control, analyzes the incoming video signal to automatically control the amount of outgoing laser light. This enables a theoretically infinite level of dynamic contrast in a completely dark room. This makes it possible to reproduce reality in all its beauty, ever closer to human perception.

Frame Adapt HDR performs real-time tone mapping, using a proprietary algorithm to instantly analyze the maximum brightness of any HDR10 content shot by shot.
