Wood craftsmanship
Selecting the perfect walnut is a meticulous process. Its rich colors require long and careful air drying. Crafting a single pair of ear cups can take up to 8 hours, while the full sanding, lacquering, and finishing process lasts 45 days. Every piece is carefully inspected to ensure flawless quality.

Sustainability by design
From the earliest stages of development, we consider potential points of wear. To slow replacement cycles and build a product meant to last, all parts of the 99 Classics are replaceable: ear cups, headband, cables, or driver.

Walnut wood ear cups
Treasure for their deep color and beautiful grain, walnut ear cups are strong, durable, lightweight, and malleable. CNC-machined and hand-finished, they are then stained and polished to perfection.

Cast zinc hardware
The frame is reinforced with cast zinc alloy components with an electroplated coating, finished in either gold or silver, ensuring durability and refined aesthetics.

Self-adjustable headband
The vertically self-adjusting vegan leather headband, combined with a spring steel support, delivers exceptional comfort recognized throughout the audio industry.

Detachable ear pads
Medium-density foam and soft vegan leather ear pads are designed for easy replacement when needed, ensuring sustained comfort over time.
