The SVS SoundPath uses a tri-balanced structure — three 99.99% oxygen-free copper (OFC) conductors, each individually isolated in an HDPE dielectric jacket. This layout keeps the balanced signal stable between components and lets the receiving XLR input reject common-mode noise picked up along the cable.

Five-Layer Shielding and 24K Gold-Plated Connectors

Shielding combines five layers of RF and EMI protection: an HDPE dielectric jacket, an aluminum foil wrap, a 56-strand tinned copper braid, a drain layer, and a densely braided cotton outer jacket. The XLR terminals use die-cast zinc-alloy bodies with black nickel plating, 24K gold-plated brass pins, and lead-free solder joints for reliable long-term contact. Red and white color-coded bands identify the left and right channels.
