Building on the phenomenal success of the Tribe III, the Totem Tribe V represents the next evolutionary step toward on-wall speaker perfection. Featuring Totem’s exclusive Torrent™ driver, the Tribe V delivers the highest level of on-wall performance available.

Powered by four hand-assembled Torrent woofers, the Tribe V offers unmatched energy, speed, bass depth, and articulation. A new compact high-efficiency exotic alloy tweeter with a 3/8-inch thick aluminum faceplate completes the sonic picture. Its easy 8-ohm impedance load, dazzling resolution, and deep, tight bass extending down to the low 30 Hz range position the Tribe V as the ultimate center channel and one of the finest architectural speakers in the world.

Torrent Drivers
The Torrent drivers combine precision craftsmanship and revolutionary magnetic technology. Their proprietary magnetic system keeps the voice coil continuously immersed for instant and absolute control of every motion. With an exceptionally wide and flat frequency response, they require no active or passive crossover components. This design ensures an unadulterated flow of information and energy, delivering outstanding clarity, phase accuracy, and precise sound both on and off axis.

Handmade Crossovers
Totem’s crossovers use minimal parts, benefitting from driver synergy and the world’s best components. Unlike typical PCB-based circuits, these crossovers are assembled on fiberboard or insulated polymers, with components mechanically crimped to enhance sound quality. Where soldering is necessary, industry-leading WBT Silver Solder ensures signal purity.

Artisanal Cabinet Construction
The slim Tribe V enclosure is built with the care of a master furniture craftsman. Constructed from Variable Density Fiberboard, denser at edges than interior to reduce resonances and nodal points, every cabinet is meticulously hand-assembled for peak performance and longevity.

Connectors
Two sets of high-conductivity, gold-plated connectors enable traditional, bi-wire, or even bi-amplification wiring options. They accept a wide range of connectors including bare wire, banana plugs, and spades.

Flush Mount Wall Bracket
An included flush mount bracket ensures easy, secure, and elegant installation. It firmly holds the speaker flush to the wall and supports both vertical and horizontal orientations.
