Description

The AT-LP70XBT fully automatic wireless belt-drive turntable is crafted for emerging vinyl enthusiasts who appreciate the tactile experience of vinyl, complete with album art in hand, enjoying warm, analog sound just as the artist intended. The addition of Bluetooth® wireless technology offers the flexibility to listen to your records through Bluetooth-enabled speakers, headphones, or other devices, including those compatible with the high-quality Qualcomm® aptX™ Adaptive audio codec.

Central to achieving high-fidelity sound from vinyl is a quality phono cartridge, and Audio-Technica, with over 60 years of expertise in cartridge design, has developed a versatile, high-performance cartridge specifically for this turntable. Integrated into the J-shaped tonearm, the AT-VM95C cartridge with a 0.6 mil conical stylus delivers exceptional channel separation and minimal distortion for superb tonal clarity. Moreover, the stylus can be easily upgraded with any of the other styli (elliptical, microlinear, or Shibata) from the VM95 Series, offering a level of customization typically found only on turntables with detachable headshells and cartridges.

The user-friendly AT-LP70XBT supports both 33-1/3 and 45 RPM records and, beyond its Bluetooth capabilities, includes a built-in switchable phono preamp. This allows the turntable to be connected directly to a home stereo, powered speakers, computer, or other components, regardless of whether they have a dedicated phono input. The three-piece, anti-resonance chassis provides a stable foundation that reduces unwanted vibrations for enhanced sound quality. The inclusion of an AC adapter further minimizes noise by relocating the AC/DC conversion outside the chassis, reducing its effect on the audio signal.

This turntable comes equipped with a detachable RCA output cable (dual RCA male to dual RCA male with ground), a 45 RPM adapter, and a removable hinged dust cover. It is available in three stylish color combinations: Black/Silver and Black/Bronze.
