Description

The Rega Planar 3 is a precision manual turntable engineered to deliver exceptional performance and musicality. Its laminated acrylic plinth is reinforced with a strategically positioned double brace system, combining rigidity and lightness while minimizing unwanted resonance. New isolation feet and an improved central bearing housing ensure stable, natural sound reproduction, letting you experience every nuance of your vinyl collection.

RB330 Precision Tonearm
At the heart of the Planar 3 is the hand-assembled RB330 tonearm, designed using advanced 3D CAD/CAM technology. Its tube intelligently redistributes mass, while high-precision bearings ensure near-frictionless movement. The result is optimal groove tracking and maximum detail extraction from your records.

Advanced Motor and Drive
The turntable features a 24 V low-noise, low-vibration motor paired with the latest-generation EBLT drive belt. This combination ensures stable, accurate speed and minimizes background noise, allowing the stylus to capture every nuance of your records. The motor includes an integrated anti-vibration circuit and can be powered by the optional Neo PSU for enhanced performance.

High-Precision Platter and Bearing
The 12 mm float glass “Optiwhite” platter ensures speed stability and precise tracking. The redesigned brass central bearing reduces mechanical stress and prevents unwanted energy transmission to the plinth, optimizing clarity and sonic fidelity.

Elegant Finishes and Dust Cover
Each turntable comes with a clear dust cover to protect the plinth while showcasing its refined aesthetic.
